Hello all my beautiful angels. Now a lot of the girls I talk to do not cool down from a work out right so I am here to tell you all how to cool down from a work out.
&&+ Stretch
You want to cool down your muscles so you do not have your muscles tighten up and be uncomfortable. So do toe touches and arm stretches
&&+ Drink Plenty Of Water
This should be a no brainer.
&&+ Refuel
The best think to eat would be a protein skake.
That is the 3 best ways that I cool Down and that my fitness instructor makes me do.
